Sonos Amp Multi is a professional-grade, 8-channel streaming amplifier built for complex, multi-zone residential installations. Each of its eight 125-watt channels can be assigned to any of up to four independent zones, giving installers the flexibility to adapt a system as a home’s layout evolves. Built on a GaN power architecture paired with Class-D post-filter feedback, Amp Multi delivers clean, stable output while running silently with no fans. ProTune gives trained installers granular per-channel control (EQ, gain, delay, high-pass filtering) for fine-tuning difficult rooms and speaker placements, while Optimize Sonos Speakers automatically profiles connected Sonos Architectural speakers. Designed for the rack, with a flat back, recessed connectors, and an 8-screw install into the dedicated 2U rack mount (sold separately).
